Over the last 25 years, I have worked across a wide variety of roles in Children’s Social Care Settings — both for Local Authorities and the private sector. My time in commissioned services has given me a clear understanding of what homes need: reliable, local, trauma-informed, compassionate support staff who can maintain confidentiality and stability for children and young people.

It is also vital that they work well with existing staff and management. This is why we only recruit experienced, personable and child-focused professionals.

After years of seeing how much difference the right worker can make, I wanted to offer a more personal, consistent approach to agency staffing. My focus is on quality, communication, training and matching homes with local professionals who genuinely care.
